The Marriott and the Hilton Hotels are making the commitment in hosting our Elegant Wedding Showcase bridal shows for 2008 and 2009 to be the most in sophistication and elegance. Brides and guests will be greeted by charming gentlemen in tuxedos who will escort the bride down the red carpet. When the bride and their guests arrive, each will be served a glass of Champagne or Mimosas and strawberries. Throughout the day, there will be strolling servers continuously serving delicious hors d’oeuvres to everyone. There will be an enchanting strolling Bridal Fashion Show throughout the day highlighting the hottest trends in bridal gowns, bridesmaid dresses, mother of the bride and tuxedos.
Our wedding shows offer an opportunity for us to showcase Premier Wedding Businesses by limiting it to only five outstanding businesses per category. Our shows were created with the exhibitor in mind...for you to sell your products and services in a perfectly appointed and prestigious location. As an added incentive, each bride will receive a $25.00 Bridal Gift Card redeemable with a $50.00 purchase from any of our participating exhibitors.

Booth Space Price
For two or more showcases the booth space costs will be $399.00 all inclusive for each event. The booth space cost for one single event will be $450.00. Every exhibitor will be required to sign a Booth Space Agreement. Sharing a booth space with another wedding business is not allowed. No Exceptions! How many booth spaces per show?

Booth Space Agreement
Due to limited space, your Booth Space Agreement is due as soon as possible. Each exhibitor is required to sign the Booth Space Agreement. By signing the Booth Space Agreement, you have agreed that you have fully read the General Information document.
Booth Space Payment
Your booth space payment is due and payable 45 days before each event. You can pay for multiple shows or you can pay for them separately. All Payments Must Be Received Before Each Event. No Exceptions!
Cancellations and Refunds
Once the Booth Space Agreement has been signed, no refunds will be given. You are making a commitment to do these shows. Deposits and payments are non-refundable.
Showcase Program and Brochure
An elegantly designed Show Program/Brochure will be given to each bride, upon arrival. The Show Program/Brochure are FREE. To ensure that every exhibitor’s area is visited, the program will have a listing of all exhibitors by category and room location.
Tables
Please indicate on the Booth Space Agreement the size and number of tables required. Two are FREE. Additional tables are $9.00 per table.
Chairs
Please indicate on the Booth Space Agreement the number of chairs required. Two are FREE. Additional chairs are $1.50 per chair.
Electric
P
lease indicate on the Booth Space Agreement if you require electricity which is FREE. The Marriott and the Hilton Hotels can place you where there are electrical outlets. Please bring your own extension cord or power strips.
Table Linens
All tables will have white linens and white skirting. These are FREE. You may bring your own if you would like to change your décor.
Carpet
Each exhibitor can be assured; all pertinent areas of the beautiful Marriott and Hilton Hotels have fabulous carpeting! No Cement Floors at our showcases...Ever!!!
Water
We will provide each exhibitor with two FREE bottles of water.
Breakfast
We offer a FREE Breakfast for one person the day of the show. You may purchase additional tickets for $5.50 per person. Please contact Diane Richey, Showcase Producer for additional tickets. Breakfast will be served from 9:00am – 10:45am. You will need to turn in your ticket to get your free breakfast.
Exhibitors Literature
You may include your company literature in the bags provided for the brides. It is up each exhibitor to place your literature in these bags. The bags are at the Bridal Registration Check-In Desk. This service is provided FREE to our exhibitors.
Exhibitor’s Company Listed On Our Website
Your companies name will be listed on our website for FREE with a hyperlink to your website.
